Drama

Drama is a subject that allows students to learn about how to develop an effective performance and appreciate professional theatre. The Key Stage 3 programme equips students with the necessary skills to progress on to GCSE and then A-level Drama. Students learn transferable skills that are equally valuable in the workplace from effective use of voice, confidence and collaboration to presentation skills.

We aim for students to develop performance techniques and skills in a range of genres. At Ditton Park we provide opportunities for students to experience live theatre and work with professionals. Students have the opportunity to apply their performance skills in order to produce excellent performances in order to achieve their potential.
