Psychology is the study of human behaviour to determine with evidence reason for these different behaviours to better individuals and society. Psychology is a science discipline that is used to springboard their deeper explanations and higher order thinking. We encourage students to go beyond their immediate current experience and use evidence from research and theory to help to help explain the individual in society. Psychology creates critical thinkers. The ability to analyse and evaluate our own views and those of others in the light of evidence is an essential skill; we give students the confidence to do this. We empower students to open their eyes to the world around them and explore challenging ideas in a safe environment, encouraging within them excellent academic progress and personal growth.
