SEN Teacher

SASH Education Trust is seeking to appoint to this new role, an exceptional professional to join the Team at Ditton Park Academy.
The individual must be able to provide an excellent level of education, put students first, raise standards and transform lives. Our relentless approach to school improvement is undertaken through close working relationships and ongoing challenge and support.
You must have high expectations for all, be an excellent teacher/communicator and be committed to supporting every student.
DPA offers a truly comprehensive and inclusive education, serving a vibrant and diverse community with 1,150 students aged 11 to 18. The Academy provides excellent continuous professional development & learning opportunities.
This role involves supporting the SENDCo to lead an exceptionally talented and committed team of support staff, having a relentless focus on the quality of learning, ensuring our staff delivers the highest standard of education and inspiring learners to develop a passion for knowledge and be able to provide small group teaching in both Maths and English.
